澎湃国际活力，两湖美好生活。9月8日，两湖国际嘉年华在常州西太湖正式启动，常州市国际志愿者美德专项基金正式授牌，优秀国际志愿者颁奖仪式、新成员入会仪式举行。常州市建指办副主任、市新闻出版局副局长钟芃，武进区委常委、西太湖党工委书记徐俊，武进区人民政府副区长朱慧峰出席，近30位外籍友人参加活动。
